职位描述：
Tasks：
1.Responsible for the whole accounting to assure timely completion of monthly and yearly financial accounts according to IFRS,
2.Take responsibility for all financial processes: fast closing, budget, internal controlling, preparation of statutory audit,
3.Leadership, guidance and development of the employees in accounting and controlling,
4.Development and implementation of operating metrics and actions to improve key performance indicators,
5.Management and optimisation of cash flow and accounts receivable,
6.Responsible for local taxation matters,
7.Implementing and maintaining local and group requirements for risk management,
8.Support management team in all operational and strategic topics to achieve commercial targets,
9.Close cooperation with all commercial departments of the headquarters

Professional and personal requirements
1.University degree and/or professional accountancy qualification ( e.g. graduate degree in business administration, chartered accountant, etc. )
2.At least 8 years of work experience in finance and controlling,
3.At least 6 years of work experience in a western company,
4.At least 6 years of work experience in an industrial production company.
5.Work experience in at least 2 different companies and at most 4 different companies
6.Be self-motivated and a self-starter
7.Be ambitious and willing to develop him-/herself further
8.Be able and willing to understand the TBVC business and processes
