外贸销售与服务经理

岗位职责
1、全面负责公司出口贸易的销售与客户服务管理工作；

2、领导公司市场开发战略、销售预算与经营计划的制定与实施；

3、带领团队，维护现有客户，发掘市场机会，开发新客户，建立海外销售代理渠道；

4、协调公司跨部门的沟通与合作，确保报价、样品与批产的顺利进行；

5、培养公司销售与服务人员。

DESCRIPTION
1、Manage the overall sales and service of the export business for the company;
2、Lead the development and execution of sales strategies, budgets, and execution plans;
3、Guide team in servicing current customers, develop new markets, customers, and agents;
4、Coordinate cross-functional communication for a smooth workflow in business;

5、Grow new talents of sales and service for the company.

任职资格
1、有较强的组织、协调、沟通与领导能力；

2、有相关产品出口外贸型管理的相关经验，英文流利；

3、具有团队合作精神、主人翁感和工作激情。

2、Experience in export business management in related industry with fluent English skil;
