Job description
- Be responsible for the development and growth of sales for existing accounts
- Develop new opportunities and prospects from OEM/ODM customers and convert them into new sales
- Ensure that account’s issues are dealt with in an efficient manner with necessary support from other colleagues.
- Identify key customer requirement and coordinate with project management to ensure these requirement are implemented in the products
- Lead generation for global potential business.
- Provide internal support for the development of global programs
- Implement global promotion activities prior to the formal business development process and support regional sales to generate leads in extended business basis.
- Develop and implement other marketing activities that is assigned by management team (Market analysis of certain segment of CIS products, marketing support to Sales force for new product launch)
- Highly integrated and reliable.

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
- Marketing, Management or Engineering Education (B.S.)
- College degree required
- English Proficient
- 5+ years experience in Business to Business Sales
- Teamwork spirits
- Be familiar with New Product Introduction process
- Self starter and highly organized
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background at electronic or mechanical business field
- Experience in sales/marketing or related commercial positions.
