I. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTANBILITIES职责:
1. Work with Sourcing&Purchasing team for new supplier assessment, selection and qualification.
2. Carry out periodic quality system and process audit on supplier site to maintain a stable quality of components which sourced from China.
3.Inspect first pilot run after sample approval, then review supplier's final inspection report before each shipment and do random check during normal mass production.
4.Provide technical assistant to supplier for key quality issue root cause analysis and follow up with supplier for implementation of corrective action.
5.Training for supplier regarding to WAM technical specification and quality requirement.
6.Deliver WAM incoming quality inspection information to supplier if any improvement needed.
7.Set up quality traceability system in supplier site for key components.
8.Prepare quality agreement with supplier.
9. Supplier management in according with ISO9001 and WAM global procedure.
10.Set up supplier quality reporting system to evaluate supplier overall performance.
11.Other tasks assigned by quality manager.

II. QUALIFICATION/SKILLS资格/技能要求:
1. Bachelor degree of mechanical or relative mechanical specialty.
2. No less than 5 years working experience, and at least 3 years experience of quality control in casting industry.
3. Knowledge of casting and machining process technology, metal material and heat-treatment principle.
4. To be familiar with material related standard i.e. ASTM, ASME, EN etc.
5.Knowledge of ISO9001 required; and ISO14001, OHSAS18001 are preferable;
6. ISO9000:2000 or Ts16949 auditor certification will be preferred.
7. Experience of supplier quality management and general quality tools.
8. Good communication skills and team work spirit, high sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
9. Good command in spoken and written English;
10.Good PC skill with AutoCAD and Microsoft office.
11.Flexible to business travel.
