I. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTANBILITIES职责:

1. Making shipping strategy according to company business, choose suitable shipping suppliers for both international and local shipments.
根据公司运输业务特点制定运输策略，选择合适的运输供应商，包括国际和国内运输。
2. Leading the shipping team of both Shanghai and Wuxi factory, make shipping plan base on backlog and specific shipping requirements, coordinating production, purchasing, sales/customer service, material planning and warehouse team to assure on time delivery to customer.
领导上海、无锡两个工厂运输团队，根据订单情况安排运输计划，协调生产、采购、销售/客户服务以及物料计划、仓库等相关部门以确保货物按时交付。
3. Warehouse of finished goods / shipping products management.
成品/发货仓库管理。
4. Arrange international and local shipping affairs targets to logistics costing saving and efficiency improving.
按需制定国际国内物流运输方案，以节省运输成本，提高运输效率。
5. Customer oriented, managing daily shipping activities base on on time delivery, especially for emergent shipment arrangement and problem handling.
以客户为导向，以准时到货为目标安排日常运输活动，特别是应急运输活动的安排和跟进，以及突发状况的处理。
6. KPI setting up for shipping team, manage team development according to company requirement / target. 运输团队KPI的制定，按公司/部门要求指导团队发展，以完成相应的团队目标；
7. Manage monthly report to high level manager.
每月向上一级主管报告工作。

II. QUALIFICATION/SKILLS资格/技能要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable in logistics or commercial background.
大学本科以上学历，物流或商业管理相关专业为佳。
2. At least 5 years experience in shipping area of manufacturing background at management level, including both international and local shipping area
至少5年以上制造业背景运输管理层经验，包括国际和国内运输。
3. Experienced in import/export shipment, local transportation market, and third party logistics.
非常熟悉进出口运输、国内运输市场和第三方物流服务。
4. Good analysis skills, especially with MS office (Excel and Access)
良好的数据分析能力，能够利用Excel或Access进行相关数据分析。

The screw conveyer, fitter, pressure relief valve, butterfly valve, level indicator, fluding pads, vibrator, etc. become the standard equipment for their mix station. And, WAM Company is opening up the markets of other trades constantly, in sewage disposal, chemical trade and food trade; we have already made the preliminary recognized by the market.
