Job Responsibility:



1.Understand Parker's Lean Concept and theories and launch lean activities within the whole plant.



2.Plan takt time for each cell base on customer demands, create Standard Work by using Time Observation method, balancing operator and machine. Update takt time planning and adjust work balance when customer demand changes .



3.Update current & future state for value stream map annually. Based on future VS map, Identify where need to improve. Make action plans to achieve it.



4.Solve process issues, make decision independently



5.Prepare production line for new products, include BOM ,routing, WI, process design ,work station ,tools & Fixture



6.Lead to improve existing processes by improvement of existing tools ,process flow and layout ,etc



7.Follow ECN process, maintain, modify and update the Item master, item branch and BOM & Routing in ERP system.



Other tasks assigned by line leader.



Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or equivalent required in Industrial or Process Engineering

2.Above 3 years operation experience with emphasis on manufacturing process engineering, preferably in assembly industry.

3.A solid understanding of Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time,One-Piece-Flow,5S,Kaizen,Standard Work etc.

4.Good writing and verbal English

5.Good problem solving skills

6.Familiar with process simulation, process design procedure,

7.Good computer skills such as Excel, Auto-CAD, PPT etc

Position Summary:

Take over basic responsibilities of Lean activities. Implement lean methodology and tools in manufacturing process so as to attain company goals and objectives and achieve customer satisfaction. Be responsible for internal engineering data maintenance in ERP system.



Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Report to Facility Supervisor, work with all the relative departments in the plant and Division & China lean team. Ensures Lean standards implementation and trainings in shop floor. Keep correctness of engineering data in ERP system
