Job description
As QSHE specialist, he/she will be responsible for the establishment, implementation, documentation & maintenance of the QSHE management system.
This involves development and implementation of policies, processes, procedures and tools so that the required quality, safety, health and environment standards for Wuxitec are met in all aspects of its business.
You will be part of the Wuxitec staff team and report to the Wuxitec Plant Manager.

Act as a staff representative for QSHE which includes:
1. Responsible for the establishment, implementation, improvement, documentation & maintenance of the QSHE management system and ensure effectiveness with audits.
2. Implement Quality, Safety/Environmental standards, processes, and procedures based on group / business area / divisional requirements, industry standards and guidelines as well as customer requirements.
3. Develop, document, and communicate internal standards and measures of performance, including the review and revising of the company management system (QEMS), Corrective and Preventive Actions, Internal Audits and Safety/Environmental Reviews, review of product improvement process based on quality claims.
4. Provide strategies which address internal methods for improving QSHE performance, productivity and reducing / eliminating product waste and customer complaints.
5. Assist and liaise with external auditors during audits and provide QSHE advice to the other Wuxitec departments.
6. Develop and implement training programs, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality, safety and environmental goals compliance.
7. Member of the PQM and the SHE Safety Council activities.
8. Responsible for supporting the organization for sustainability and EMS reporting.

Experience requirements
- Above 5 years relevant working experience in all aspects of QSHE management in manufacturing enterprises. - Have a good understanding of the processes applied in the operations.
- Have qualification certificate of Safety Administrator and Occupational Health Administrator
- Internal auditor of ISO9000, ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 is preferred
- National Registered Safety Engineer is a plus- Strong leadership and problem solving skills

Knowledge
Good command of English both oral and writing, as well as computer skills (MS office).

Educational requirements
University degree or above in Safety Management, Environment Engineering or other related.
Personality requirements
High level of initiative and continuous improvement thought process.
