职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Project Engineering 1. Monitor the new product project (including special/transfer project) schedule (translate the design into manufacturing of real products) 2. follow up engineering sample build and certification work together with NPI team, transfer new product to production line, Lead and coordinate plant transfer project, insure project transfer smoothly
3. participate in new supplier selecting process,new component qualification sample build. 4. coordinate with supplier throughout the project in order to maintain customer satisfaction; 5. Monitor project budget (i.e. apply for CER, cost estimation, etc.) in order to ensure completion of projects within timeframe, costs and budgeted spending.

Equipment and Processes Design 1. Lead a team to design, make and debug equipment and process concepts, 2. participate in the design,validate the samples together with R&D, Quality and projects Depts., ensure that the process meets manufacturing cost target.
3. Provide tech. support to production line in order to get continious process and equipment improvement.

Process Improvement
1. Identifying areas of cost savings and productivity improvements, allocate resources in order to drive process improvement projects;
2. ensure that the team uses dedicated tools (six sigma, kaizen, lean, TEOA, …)
in order to drive process improvements.
3. build up and lead process improvement team to improve process.
4. looking for improvement opportunity, carry out improvement project.
5.online technical training and troubleshooting timely

tooling design and improvement 1. Support product design and prototype/production tool development activities for components by researching and benchmarking product and tool designs in order to get better tooling and cost.
2. Ensures the timely, accurate, and successful translation of product functional design requirements into manufacturable product designs in order to get better product introduction.
3. Ensures a successful simultaneous development of product and process designs for components by working with the Product Engineer, Designer and Quality Engineer in order to good product introduction.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent;basic knowledge/understanding of fiber optic products/application,knowledge of statistical analysis and engineering tools,Familiar with SPC, FEMA, DOE and so on.;
2.min 3 years experience in current or closely related function area;fluent in English(both oral&written);
