职位描述
Major Responsibilities And Authority:
1. Give technical guide regarding the practical operation to the injection machine and the proper use of Required plastic.
2. Produce and innovate antenna design as defined by customers.
3. Work closely with die and mold companies to develop molds.
4. Induce proper technical direction regarding the maintenance to the molds and machines.
5. Inform management of mold progress and time line expectations.
6. Evaluate plastic needs and inform to manager.
7. Supervise the production process as needed.
8. Give strong support to Engineering and production
9. To implement the ISO 9001/14001 system
10. Familiar with the environmental aspects related to the own position and the control way
11. To optimize the molding process to reduce the scrap of raw material
12. Familiar with SPC, MSA tools Familiar with TS16949 standard
Experience Required:
1. Technical background in mechanical, mold, plastic and injection machine.
2. At least 8 years' experience as a mold and plastic engineer with in the scope of work and duties.
3. Experience desirable in polyurethane, delrins, nylon or other plastic and steel materials.
4. Experienced in working and maintaining with the injection machine and plastic materials concerned in person.
Knowledge's Skills And Abilities:
1. Technical background in mechanical, mold, plastic and injection machine.
2. Must be capable of writing process specifications and requirements. Also statistic process control experience desirable.
3. Must be fluent in English.
4. Must have strong quality and engineering skills and be able to apply theory into practice.
Education:
B.S. degree in mechanical engineering and relevant material science is essential.
