Job Description:

1. Operates test equipment and conducts inspection as directed by engineer to obtain, analyze and summarize data and utilizes assistance of support personnel as necessary. Records evaluation results in appropriate form (curves, charts, tables, sketches, photographs) with the appropriate tools (hardcopy, software, etc.) to engineer for inclusion in technical reports.

2. Depending on experience and demonstrated skills, may handle limited objective, moderately complex jobs without engineer’s guidance according to lab procedure.

3. Assist engineers in preparing samples for variable test， including cutting, grinding, machining, and inspection, performing inspection in Met Lab, includes hardness, mechanical properties, chemistry, NDT etc.

4. Inspection report input, database and record management, performing equipment maintenance. Technicians may expect to have direct contact with machines and components, working in the lab, field and at application sites, observing, operating and testing the product or component. Technicians must continuously learn through experience and staying abreast of technology changes.

5. Learning focuses on methods, processes and material applied to engineering functions, practical application of technical skills, communications and building knowledge of Caterpillar’s products.

6. Take charge of maintaining and upgrading of LRS (Laboratory reporting system), provide service and support for worldwide laboratory.

7. Assist in the development of some test tool or industry equipment in order to enhance the lab work efficiency.

Required:

1. Computer or related major, College’s Degree or above.

2. Good skills of listening, reading and writing in English.

3. Good knowledge of .net development and be familiar with .net B/S system framework analysis, design and development.

4. Be familiar with SQL Server database application development, have knowledge of SQL Server database configuration and management, performance optimization, good skill of using SQL language.

5. Be familiar of software development process. At least the master a language of C, C++ or C#.

6. Be familiar of Windows Server 2008R2 maintain and configuration.

职位描述：

1. 操作检测仪器及经工程师指导后，执行检测。在协助下，分析总结实验数据。记录检测结果，为工程师分析提供帮助;

2. 根据经验及相应技能，按照操作流程，在没有工程师的指导下，也能独立完成中等复杂程度的任务;

3. 协助工程师准备分析样品，包括切，磨，抛等等，及进行检测。包括但不限于，硬度测试，机械性能测试，化学成分及化学分析测试，无损检验；

4. 在报告系统中录入检测结果。参与设备日常维护及实验室运行管理（持续改进及5S），记录必要的设备运行情况。保持持续学习的精神。

5. 通过交流及持续学习，建立应用于卡特产品的方法，过程及材料等工程相关的知识。

6. 负责LRS 实验室报告系统的维护及升级，致力于为全球材料实验室提供服务和技术支持。

7. 参与、开发一些工具或设备以方便工作或提高部门工作效率。

要求

1、 计算机或相关专业大专以上学历；

2、 良好的英语听读写能力；

3、 精通.net开发语言；熟悉基于.Net平台B/S系统框架分析、设计开发；

4、 熟悉SQL Server数据库应用开发，了解SQL Server的数据库配置管理、性能优化等基本操作技能，熟练使用SQL语言;

5、 熟悉软件开发流程，至少精通以下一门语言： C， C++， C#；

6、 熟悉Windows Server 网络维护，管理。

7、 熟悉单片机、PLC、FPGA/CPLD等技术优先，有嵌入式系统开发经验者优先；
