Job_description_responsibilities:

This position will work in Electronics & System Integration Division engine systems section to design and develop diesel engine control systems . The incumbent is expected to manage the whole New Product Introduction projects and Continuous Product Improvement including the project schedule, cost, and quality control etc. to support Caterpillar Diesel engines control system development .

The incumbent will demonstrate strong customer focus by staying current with customer needs as well as new technologies, products, manufacturing & assembly processes/methods.

The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

· Perform engine electronics control systems development and provide support for US/UK Core Engine system development

· Interface with engine performance team to capture requirements changes and make SRS file

· D-Space setup and configuration, generate test plans & scripts of core engine electronics systems hardware-in-loop testing and carry out software validation , contribute to control system & S/W FMEA

· Support on machine software validation , application FF Validation

· GED Test cell support including Governor & SWG tuning ,Troubleshooting issues on test engines, Engine development support on HPS Test Rig, providing technical guidance within and between teams;

· Communicate results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units;

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree is at least , majoring in diesel engine electric control, engine, Control Engineering , Mechatronics ,software or related

2. Familiar with diesel engine or fuel control system

3. 3 years and above experience on similiar position or engine industry

4. Basic knowledge about software ,engine control

5. Fluent in English and good skill to communicate with local and US/UK team

6. Ability to manage project

Desireable Qualifications:

1. Master degree is preferred

2. Strong knowledge about construction machine

3. Experience on DSPACE, FAST,CANape, Matlab/simulink
