JOB Description:

Design major engine components (cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft, connecting rod, geartrain, valvetrain, flying wheel, intake / exhaust systems);

Work with suppliers and develop the air system, fuel system, lub/cooling, electric and electronic components, accessories, bearings/seals);

Develop engine ratings and validate components;

Develop suppliers and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering and E&E Engineering;

Knowledge of Diesel engine theory, construction and applications; More than 5 years working experiences on one of the major systems; Working knowledge of the manufacturing processes (casting, machining, assembly and testing); Hands-on experiences with FEA, or CFD, or engine performance simulations; Understand emission regulations and the building blocks

Desirable Qualifications:

MS in Engineering; Engine development experiences; 3D analysis of FEA and CFD on major engine systems; Component validations
