Job_description_responsibilities:

This position will work in Electronics & System Integration Division engine systems section to support large engine factory about engine control system and support cost reduction projects . The incumbent is expected to manage the whole New Product Introduction projects and Continuous Product Improvement including the project schedule, cost, and quality control etc. to support Caterpillar Diesel engines control system development .
The incumbent will demonstrate strong customer focus by staying current with customer needs as well as new technologies, products, manufacturing & assembly processes/methods.

The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Support the factory/test cell to resolve manufacturing system or product quality issues including PSPS. Supports new product introduction and troubleshooting .

2. Validate flash file in PSPS (User Acceptance Testing)

3. Upload of FF into engine factory PSPS

4. Analysis FF issues and provide solution

5. Resolve electronic configuration issues in engine factory

6. Field support for electronic issues

7. Support cost reduction of engine system components.

8. Take part in large engine application projects.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree is at least , majoring in diesel engine electric control, engine, Control Engineering , Mechatronics ,software or related
2. Familiar with diesel engine or fuel control system

3. 3 years and above experience on similar position or engine industry
4. Basic knowledge about software ,engine control
5. Fluent in English and good skill to communicate with local and US team
6. Ability to manage project
7. Strong ability of failure analysis and provision of solutions
