JOB Responsibility:
According to supervisor’s assignment, Implement warehouse standard process to ensure material and FG run smoothly, Responsible for goods moves with safely, regularly and accurately

· Job assignment of team members, support a team of about 20-30 people.
· Implement warehouse standard work process and monitor each transaction both system and physical goods, ensuring they are compliance with standard process.
· Team daily job monitoring and coordination.
· Own metrics to show each transaction's accuracy and timeliness
· 5S, FIFO and Visual management plan and assignment and result checking/auditing within team.
· Identifies quality, staffing, safety issues in daily work, and bring them to the immediate attention of warehouse supervisor.
· Coach and develop team members with on-the-job training..
· Implement changing needs to improve efficiency and achieve performance goal.
· Inventory difference root cause analysis and carry out corrective action.
· Attendance checking and verifying whole warehouse management.
· Communicate with the internal and external customer to understand their concern before supervisor's decision.
· Collect and provide the available information or data for supervisor to optimize the process. Give suggestion to supervisor to establish the further plan and action
· Manage team members’ PDP
· Indirect material pulling in and consuming monitoring
· Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Not less than 3 years warehousing experience
· Forklift certification
· SAP Inventory management/Warehouse management transactions skills
· Good communication skills
· Computer skills--Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
· Can read and write English
