Duties & Responsibilities 职责:

? Daily inspection for casted parts, machined parts using various types of measuring equipment including CMM, Spectrometer, X-Ray, roughness tester, caliper, height gauge, GO/NO GO gauges, etc.
对铸件和机加工进行日常检验通过运用如CMM、投影仪、粗糙度仪、高度规，卡尺，通止规等
? Daily inspection for incoming raw materials, such as Aluminum ingot, bearing support, etc using various types of measuring instruments.
运用各种测量仪器对进料原材料进行检验，如铝锭，bearing support等
? Contact with supplier about any detected quality problems of supplied raw meterials for solving, corrective action follow up and supplier performance data collecting and summarizing.
如果发现任何原材料的质量问题，联系供应商进行解决，改善措施跟踪，供应商绩效数据收集和汇总
? Maintains all applicable files and documents;
维护相关的文件和记录
? Possesses the authority to approve any raw meterials, in-process parts and finished parts, at the same time he or she can reject any raw meterials or parts if they do not meet specifications;
有权利来批准原材料、半成品和成品，同样的他/她也可以拒绝那些不符合规格的材料或产品。
? Performs inspection and testing on product as required by the control plan and/or documented procedures to ensure conformance to specified requirements.
按照控制计划和相关文件规定对产品进行检验和测量
? Identifies product so that the conformance status with regard to inspection and tests performed is recognizable and understood.
对检验、测量后的产品进行状态标识.
? Ensures that product is not used or processed until it has been inspected or otherwise verified as conforming to specified requirements.
确保产品在检验之前或验证符合规格之前不能被使用.
? According to the requirements providing the measuring data and/or quality documents to related departments or customers. Provide any required quality file or data to customer for product deliveries.
根据要求提供测量数据和质量文件给相关的部门和客户。产品出货时提供客户需要的质量数据或文件
? Manage and organize measuring instrument well, sending the measuring instruments outside for calibration and taking back after done. Maintain calibration reports and calibration list well and up to date. Ensure each measuring instrument with the clear calibration identification and no uncalibrated instruments in use.
? 管理和整理测量仪器，送仪器外校，完成后取回。维护校准报告和校准清单确保是最新的。确保每个测量仪器都有校准标签，无未校准仪器使用
? Maintains records which provide evidence that the product has been inspected and/or tested.
保存和维护好产品的检验、测量的相关记录
? Identifies, documents, evaluates and segregates known or suspect product that does not conform to specified requirements, notify QA manager, and analyse the root cause with related departments, make corrective, and follow up.
对怀疑品或不合格品及时标识、记录、评估和隔离，通知质量经理，并与相关部门一起分析不合格原因，制定纠正措施，并跟踪措施的执行
? Participate the TS 16949 internal audit, process audit and product audit
参与TS16949内部审核，过程审核和产品审核
? Other responsibilities assigned by quality manager.
其它上司交办事宜.


Required Education & Experiences 教育背景及相关经验：

? Junior college or above preferably in Mechanical Engineering or casting related
大学本科学历，机械工程或类似专业优先
? Minimum 5-8 years working experience in manufacturing industries. Minimum 3 years working experience as quality function.
至少8-10年制造行业工作经验。至少5年以上质量/安全经理工作经验


Required competencies 需求能力:

? Proven solid experience of daily inspection ability in ISO/TS 16949 certified foreign enterprises
有丰富的在ISO/TS16949认证过的外企里的日常检验能力
? Understand the machining, assembly processes and die casting processes and controlling principle.
了解机械加工，装配工艺及模具的铸造工艺和控制原理
? Experienced in Automotive production quality tools, such as: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Cpk, 8D, Fishbone, 3x5Why, Pareto diagram, etc.
有在汽车生产质量工具，例如APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Cpk, 8D, 鱼骨图, 3x5Why, 柏拉图等的经验
? Mature in managing and partnering with suppliers. 与供应商之间成熟的管理和合作
? Familiar with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949

? Ability in operating and programming CMM machine, Spectrometer, X-ray machine, leakage test machine, roughness tester, calliper, micrometre, height gauge, Go/ No Go gauges, etc
有操作和编程CMM机器，光谱仪，X射线机，泄漏测试机，粗糙度仪，卡尺，微米，高度尺，通止规等的能力
? Familiar process audit, product audit, system audit, supplier audit, etc.

? Familiar with office software, such excel, word, PowerPoint, etc and minitab test software.

? Good command of written and spoken English良好的英语听说读写能力
