职位描述：
Industrial Engineering Engineer工业工程师

工作内容：
1.Make time study and work out analyze;
作出时间研究和工作分析；
2.Prepare resource planning;
准备资源规划；
3.Implement international Industrial Standard;
实施国际工业标准；
4.Continuous process improvement production efficiency with IE Method;
持续改善,使用IE等工具提高产线效率；
5.Prepare and maintain plant layout, department layout and process layout;
准备和维护工厂布局、部门布局及工艺布局；
6.Improve process performance to attain high first-pass yield, lower production scrap and optimize labor utilization/ process simplification etc;
改善生产工艺过程,使其达到工序简单化,人员最优化,高产出,低不良率等；
7.Ensures lean goals are achieved i.e. Kaizens, Quality improvements, productivity etc;
确保实现精益目标即改善，质量改进、生产力等；
8.Supports operator training and improves the overall skills and awareness of all direct operatives;
支持操作人员进行培训，提高所有操作工的整体技能和意识；
9.Other tasks assigned by COO or GM.
完成首席运营官或总经理下达的任务。

工作资格：
1.Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering;
学士学位，工业工程专业；
2. More than 8 years experiences in manufacturing industry, experience of participation in process improvement;
八年以上制造业参与过程改进工作经验；
3.Be familiar with MS office, excel, powerpoint, AutoCAD etc;
熟练运用MS office, excel, powerpoint, AutoCAD等；
4.Good English ability for technical and process improvement communication, German would be a plus;
良好的英文能力，能够就技术问题及工艺改善问题进行沟通，会德语更好；
5.Knowledge of Industrial Engineering ,Mechanical and Electrical, Manufacturing practices and processes engineering;
工业工程、机械电气知识，生产实践和过程工程；
6.Continuous improvement systems and methodologies including Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Six Sigma;
持续改进系统和方法，包括精益生产、 TPM 和六西格玛；
7.Excellent skills of Analysis and problem solving, Planning and organizing, communication and process improving and team spirit.
