职位描述：
1 Support QA Technician
1.1 Prepare visual aids for QA and Production Inspection using CAD.
1.2 Prepare calibration and preventive maintenance tracking list and tracking to ensure all equipment that needs calibration are calibrated and maintained.
2 Workcell QA Technician
2.1 Assist QA Engineer to launch new model and setup new line.
2.2 Assist QA Engineer to evaluate and qualify new material which is not in AVL.
2.3 Assist QA Engineer to follow up and coordinate product quality issues which are detected by production and customer.
2.4 Assist QA Engineer to follow up components and customer return failure analysis.
2.5 Assist QA Engineer to embark process improvement projects with test engineering, process engineering and production for process and customer top process defects.
2.6 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality report.
2.7 Assist QA Engineer to prepare and update documents including Visual Aid, Deviation and Purge Notice.
2.8 Perform periodic process audit based on customer or Jabil internal process checklist.
2.9 Assist QA Engineer to verify defective incoming materials and evaluate incoming material with test and manufacturing engineering for Quality Notice (QN) final disposition.
2.10 Assist QA Engineer to follow up for closure of Corrective Action Report.

Certificate in electronics with minimum 1 year of experience in PCB Assembly environment
