JOB SUMMARY

Provide internal technical support to material department, business unit and customer in the sourcing and procurement of electrical components. These include AMPL maintenance, Alternate sourcing, PCN review.. Close the relevant PSR . Verify Chinese description and component classification. maintain the inspect plan in SAP.Lead the material ROHS audit.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assure a high level of data integrity of the AMPL record in SAP. These include verification of the accuracy and the subsequence maintenance of AMPL record in SAP.
Identify the alternate source . high quality electrical components to fulfill the material requirements of material department, business unit, and external customer.
Proactively communicate information or issues that may impact component cost, availability, manufacturability and quality to all affected departments. This includes review and disseminates PCN received from component manufacturers to workcell.
Maintain the commodity classification and inspection plan in SAP.
Participate in workcell and plant-wide projects that may need component engineering support.
Verify the Chinese description and declaration data. ensure its accuracy.
Work with the ECN coordinator. ensure the AMPL ,MPN etc. integrity in SAP.
Ensure the material meet Jabil ROHS policy.


PREREQUISITES

Bachelor or above, major in electrics or electronics
Degree in engineering preferred. Or minimum of 4 years previous experience in same or related position.
Good at English reading, basic communication in English is necessary. communication skills, team spirit and customer service sense.
Extensive knowledge of electrical component and supply base.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

To be proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related electrical components.
To maintain a thorough knowledge of and adherence to company polices and procedures.
Familiar with the SAP .Agile etc. knowledgeable
Familiar with ISO9001.ISO14001 .ROHS
Ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines
To be dependable and conscientious in work performance.
