职位描述：
Systematically study and analyse the various manufacturing phases (productivity/efficiency tracking; work methods & work times definition
？Propose changes/adjustments of work-places, applying economy of movement rules and production cycles;
？Measure, predetermine and control the execution times of the work for all workstations in production; technical documentation management with related updating on SAP routings;
？Study the balancing of production lines; study labour capacity standards and propose new solutions and improvements
？Collaborates in the production planning (for small or medium series production, single and repetitive lots, one-off orders and continuous production) to optimize the process flow and production costs
？Workplace analysis (ergonomics) and definition of shop-floor layout; ergonomics risk index calculation;
？Analysis and reporting of essential index; calculation of labor costs; monthly closing reports preparation; work methods analysis on the basis of management requirements
？Cooperation with the teams within the company and with the central technical department on continuous improvement of the processes and environment
？Following process quality standards, in case of irregularity assure corrective and preventive actions
？Keeping tide the working environment
？Work performance in accordance to health & safety and environment protection standards
？On time fulfilment of superiors ‘tasks
？ Other tasks assigned by superior
