Job description:岗位职责
1. Master our current manufacturing process and related customer requirements.主要负责我们最近的制造工艺流程和满足客户相关的要求。
2. Support from the technical side for machine parameters and CNC part programs. 机器参数技术方面和CNC部分项目的支持。
3. In charge for cutting tools testing and management together with Engineering.和工程部一起 负责刀具的测试和管理。
4. In charge for consumables (oils, coolants) selection, testing and management. 负责耗材品(油、冷却剂)选择、测试和管理。
5. Support from the technical side for new equipment selection, procurement and validation. 支持新设备技术方面的选择、采购和验证。
6. Support from the technical side for manufacturing fixtures design, procurement and validation. 技术方面的支持，生产夹具的设计、采购和验证。
7. Support for 5S definition, implementation and training. 支持5 s管理、实施和培训。
8. Support from the technical side for continuous improvement of our manufacturing process to meet our targets in terms of cost control, quality excellence, production output. 技术方面的支持，持续改善我们的生产工艺流程，满足我们成本控制，质量卓越，提升产量的目标。
9. Support from the technical side for problem solving issues through 8D methodology. 技术方面的支持，通过8 d的方法解决问题。
10. Responsible for setup and part number change over together with Engineering, new project

Basic requirements:基本要求
1. Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of related working experience. 大专以上学历，机械工程专业，1-3年以上相关工作经验。
2. Automotive background and engine components background are preferential.有 汽车背景和发动机零件背景优先。
3. Quality background (ISO/TS 16949, APQP, 8D) is preferential.有质量(ISO/TS 16949, APQP, 8D) 相关背景优先
4. Good knowledge of CAD/CAM software. 良好的CAD / CAM方面的知识。
5. Good knowledge of cutting tools.良好的刀具方面的知识。
6. Understandable communications skills in both oral and written English.良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力。
7. Local Wuxi person is preferential.无锡本地人优先。
