Responsobilities:
1.Make Monthly, Weekly, Daily planning based on sale forecast and actual PO to ensure the Production Schedule is reasonable and achievable. and ensure OTD 97%
2.To quickly respond to the market changes information and reschedule production plan.
3.Work with Production, Sale supporting, QA, Logistic and Engineering to solve any delivery related issues.
4.WIP control and TPT reduction, Lean production concept implementation.
5.To participate in supporting the new product launches6.To actively review the present working system, providing suggestions and lead for the system enhancement.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Science, Manufacturing, or Management
2.At least 5 years in production or material planning and control. Familiar with ERP, MRP and MS Office suite. Oracle preferred.
3.Able to handle conflicting demands and work under pressure.
4.Excellent negotiate skills and influencing skills, strong analytical abilities.
