RESPOSIBILITIES
1. Manufacturing
Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency
2. Manufacturing process
(1)Maintain workshop line layout to comply with manufacturing policy
(2)Improve line architecture and secure Ergonomics
(3)Improve floor material Providing and Handling flow
(4)Maintain line manufacturing assy texture and jigs
(5)Provide prompt support to production avoiding line stoppage
(6)Attend Daily S.I.M meeting and follow-up relative actions required
(7)Develop line work instructions and train operators/Improve line efficiency
3. OTDM Performance
Maintain line running smoothly to ensure product is produced respecting manufacturing order
4.New Projects Introduction
Design line respecting requirement.
5.Lean project
Implement SPS rule in workshop floor
6.Quality Performance
Optimize manufacturing process and quality control points to ensure quality KPI on target
7.Cost control
Manage maintenance cost and optimize capacity investment

REQUIREMENTS
1.Above 3 years IE experience in manufacturing factory;
2.Master lean production, have been had specialized training,Experience with the LEAN tools, (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Kanban, TPM, JIT, Cellular Mfg, SMED, etc.);
3.Have had successful lean improvement project experience;
4.Good English in speaking and writing.
5.Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skill
