RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing creative leadership to the management team and a workforce of over 500 employees.
Setting the strategic direction of the plant, ensuring compliance with the company's strategy to achieve an excellent standard of operations.
Motivating the teams towards attaining high standards of service and product delivery to our customers.
Maximizing efficiency through designing and implementing effective manufacturing strategies, as well as allocating assets and resources to meet quality, cost, delivery, supply chain, safety and productivity targets.
Ensuring that products/production line transfers are achieved and carried out as scheduled.
Championing the LEAN Process Engineering process.
Representing the company's senior management and ensuring good relations with the local authorities, suppliers and employees.
REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering gained from full-time study in recognized institutions. MBA or equivalent is desired.
10 to 15 years solid operations management experience gained from PCB industry.
Proven experience in LEAN, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, 5S, TS16949, Six Sigma, Total Quality methodology.
In depth knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, methods, and disciplined in their application.
Working knowledge of ERP system (Shop floor control, inventory management).
Good in communication and people skills
Must be fluent in English and have good level of computer literacy.
Familiar with matrix organizational structures
