工作内容
1. Responsible for aggressively pursuing Printed Circuit Board business to ensure market share growth and position the Interconnect Technology Group for future business successes.
2. Able to work within and leverage existing regional sales people where necessary and manage external sales representatives.
3. Accountable for selling complete solutions from design to manufacturing and Total Vertical Integration sell.
4. Accountable for increasing sales into new and existing customers while leveraging additional sales opportunities through all channels.
5. Practice complete "customer satisfaction" from RFQ to post sales support.
6. Able to accurately forecast and consistently achieve quotas for commissionable products and services.
7. Able to work seamlessly across engineering and manufacturing groups.

教育背景:
◆College Degree in Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
培训经历:
◆Sales experience is preferred
经验
◆5+ years of experience in selling Printed Circuit Boards within the fast paced Electronics Industry
技能技巧:
◆ Strong leadership and communication skills
◆ Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
◆ Has an excellent understanding of complex low volume high mix system level sales and operations
◆ Possess a demonstrated track record in generating profitable business growth in the Industrial, medical and telecoms markets.
◆ Based at Shanghai / Wuxi / Shenzhen / Beijing China.
