工作内容
1.新工艺、产品开发,非标产品可行性分析。
New process/product development, feasibility review on non standard product.
2.主导改善制程良率,提升产能和设备效率。
Drive process yield, capability and efficiency improvement.
3.降低成本。
Cost reduction.
4.制程问题解决,协助品质部门给客户提供改善报告。
Process trouble shooting; provide sustainable 8d to the customer and QA department.
5.受控文件(FMEA、CP、WI、Checklist)日常更新。
Controlled document (FMEA, CP, WI, and Checklist) daily review.
任职资格
教育背景:
◆大专学历及以上. College degree.
培训经历:
◆熟悉线路板制造流程,熟悉SPC,QC 7大手法, CDTA, DMAIC,DOE等分析工具优先。Good knowledge in PCB manufacturing process, FMEA, CP and WI. knowledge of implementation of SPC, QC 7tools, CDTA, DMAIC, 8D, DOE are a priority.
◆口头和书面的英语优秀,更佳。Oral and written english will be an advantage.
经验
◆三年线路板制造业工作经验,如干膜、电镀、防焊、表面处理等流程。More than 3 years experience in PCB manufacturing, such as dry film/plating/solder mask/surface finishing processes.
技能技巧:
◆需要较强的沟通能力。Effective communication skills.
