- For our Healthcare Sector in WUXI,we are looking for a OEM Account Manager (OEM客户经理)

What are my responsibilities?

1.Pro-actively identifies, developes & wins accounts by consultative-selling for total CV OEM component portfolio (whole range of CV OEM products portfolio);

2.Develops Account Strategy/Plan and deals with plans and ensures global OEM strategy implementation as well as CV China OEM resources aligned to execute the plan. Builds trust based customer relationship with key accounts especially awaring of the decision making approach;

3.Manages technical clarification in detail in cooperation with dedicated PLM;

4.Owns dedicated acount relevant quotation, negotiation, contracting and deal closing;

5.Secures fulfillment of orders and coordinates logistic issues;

6.Owns monitoring inventory level to secure high supply levels with minimum inventories in a cost-effective way;

7.Invests personally in development of wide range CV OEM component knowledge.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Technologies: Product knowhow, Quality Awareness, Medical workflow in the local healthcare projects;

- Methodologies: Analytical Skill, Problem solving, intercultural understanding and acting, focus on result ;

- Profess. Knowl.: Market expertise, customer orientation, China Healthcare enviroment expertise ;

- Profess. Knowl.: Operative OEM sales management know how, Negotiation skill in English and Chinese.

What else do I need to know?

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales organization in China in the field of healthcare
