职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.incoming inspection, IPQC and FQC inspection
1.1 Conduct incoming and process quality control for Non-fiber and Fiber lines' material, products.
1.2 Regular update IPQC checklist/SOP to reflect actual situation
 In order to make sure incoming materials, in-process quality and finish goods quality comply with TE specs.
2.new products quality buy off
2.1 involve new product sampling building as early as possible, familiar with new product SOP.
2.2 Follow up the new product quality buy off,study and training QC
In order to ensure new product samples inspected and qualified.
3. Data analysis and report out
3.1 perform good quality data collection and analysis, including yield analysis, IPQC/FQC PPM analysis, process data etc, and distribute to MFG/ME/QE etc on weekly basis
3.2 Coach inspectors to make sure quality data accuracy and truth
3.3 Feedback to relevant QE and quality supervisor at the first time for any abnomal quality issue
In order to all quality performance and KPI are measurable and traceable.
4. Simple case problem analysis and solving
4.1 To understand the possible root cause and address action plan for simple cases
4.2 To address the NCR form close loop and drive for solid feedback from MFG on root cause and action plan.
5. Manage inspection team with effectiveness and efficiency
5.1 Balance the resource among the inspection team
5.2 Manage the inspection team discipline, morale, performance etc
5.3 Lead to update the inspection SIP or IPQC checklist to reflect with actual situation
in order to good quality control at IQA, IPQC and FQC.

Requirements:
1.at least junior college, 3 years work experience in quality technician
