职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES：
This position has the financial responsibility of the legal unit Valmet Wuxi and provides finance support to the whole china Service business.
SPECIFIC DUTIES：
1. Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
2. Have awareness of ISO 9001 & ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system. 3. VAT purchase invoice verification timely. Verified list and original VAT invoice should be filed together.
4. Monthly e-tax declaration, statistic report and other statutory reports required by government
5.Annual income tax checking and annual inspection
6. Un-issued VAT invoice check and follow up, ensure issue invoice correctly and no repeated issued invoice.
7. VPTC sales & VAT analysis report. VAT sales figure match with Baan record.
8. CIT and VAT declaration of Non-trading foreign currency payment.
9. Export invoices file and all export cases filing based on requirements of tax bureau export tax refund declaration.
10. Tax Policy update and review. For New policy it should be share and spread to other department.
11.Land use right Tax and estate tax calculation and declaration
12 .Baan Journal transaction input and check. VPTC sub ledger and GL booking match report and monthly UF and Baan GL link.
13.CIT Audit/annual Audit/Foreign exchange Audit/Internal Audit support and coordinate with positive attitude.
14. UF monthly report including SH,BJ ZBO and UF booking copy twice a year.
15. Stamp tax calculation and declaration. Deferred TAX calculation and declaration.
16.Review account balance regularly and prepare account analysis for balance sheet. And make monthly reconciliation then upload to finance approval database.
17, Review and book the payroll correctly monthly and accrual Salary & Bonus.
18.IIT check and reconciliation.
19. Other related tasks required by leader.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting and auditing.
- Good communication in both written and oral English
- 3year’s tax experience
- Some knowledge on China accounting practices and tax regulations
- Self-motivated, independent, details oriented
- Honest, integrity and good team player and Strong networking skills
- Working knowledge of Baan， MS office applications.
- Work with results.
