职位描述：
Position: investment director (securities)
Recruiting Numbers: 1 person
Responsibilities Include:
1) base on the asset management business development strategy，establish Equity investment team work plan and To supervise the execution of the plan;
2) Organize and draw up investment strategies and asset allocation plan, also can organize the implement vote meeting.
3) Training and improve the team member, to enhance the whole investment team ability
4) Be responsible for the daily management of investment business and investment study. Also need to Improve the system of investment related process, to ensure that investment works carried out orderly and efficient;
5) Corroding to the asset demand, to establish, adjust and optimize the investment strategy
6) Other matters authorized by the superior

Job requirement:
1) Full-time university graduate or above degree, major in economy, finance, mathematics, law, information, financial and other professional knowledge;
2) At least 10 years of work experience in mutual funds, securities, and insurance
3) No less than 5 years experience in securities and investment management, and have a good investment achievement
4) Hold the securities qualification certificate, no other crime and illegal record (administration & penal)
5) Have digital sensitive, strong logical thinking ability. Good at communicating, and can pay attention to the team work
