职位描述：
Job Description: Manager, Quality (Wuxi Integrated Manufacturing)

Develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities. Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of optical/mechanical/electrical components, assemblies and sub-systems. Participates in the review and transition of engineering designs and new product introduction. Provide and support the quality engineering requirements defined within NPI processes and procedures. Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the Quality Engineering and Inspection Department(s). Facilitates and leads continuous improvement initiatives through the use of Lean and Six Sigma related tools, DMAIC process and other continuous improvement tools. Facilitates and supports 8D process for product and process related corrective actions.

The primary focus of this position is to aggressively drive improvement in Product Quality through the implementation of Quality Engineering tools and techniques in the design, introduction, manufacture and test of products.

The position includes, but may not be limited to, the duties and responsibilities defined below:

Support the development and implementation of Quality Engineering Tools and Techniques:
? Design and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis.
? Gauge R&R Studies.
? Measurement and Trending of Product Quality Defect Rates.
? Statistical Process Control.
? Return Material Defect Analysis, Pareto Analysis, Trends and Defect Reduction.
? Process Control Planning methodologies.

Develop and execute action plans covering a broad spectrum of activities including:
? Failure analysis, root cause, corrective and preventive action, 8D Problem Solving.
? Rolled Throughput Yield reporting and analysis.
? In Process and Final Inspection and Test.
? Performance Measurement and Continual Improvement.
? Management and disposition of Nonconforming Material process (Material Review Board).

Requirements:
? B.A./B.S. (preferred) or M.A./M.S. in Engineering or other related technical discipline. Minimum of five years in Quality Management within a Manufacturing company.
? Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001, ISO13485 and ISO14001 Standards

Preferences:
? Certified Lean SSGB or SSBB
? ASQ Certified Quality Engineer
? ASQ certified auditor
? Knowledge of photonic technologies
? Proficient on MS Office Suite, SAP, Sharepoint, Minitab or equivalent and other data management tools
