Job Description for HR Assistant

Job content：
1. Manage personnel profiles, deal with labor contract related work, like sign contract, contract verification, exit process etc.
2. Maintain Attendance system, keep records; manage all kinds of leave, like sick leave, annual leave etc.
3. Maintain recruitment website, and be responsible for Job fair related work
4. Assist HR Supervisor for the daily HR work;.
5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Job requirements：
1, College degree or above.
2, Be able to communicate in English.
3,Patient, proactive, has good communication skills and team player.
4, Be good at OFFICE & Excel.

5、 上级主管安排的其他工作或临时任务。
职位要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、具有良好的书面、口头表达能力、英文能够沟通；
3、有耐心、积极主动，工作严谨，具有良好的沟通表达能力及团队合作意识；
