职位描述：

Job Responsibility:

Improve customer service while reducing cycle time and cost.

? Act as facilitator for forwarder /carrier problem resolution in regard to claims, payment and other business issues.

? Perform rate and contract negotiations in all transportation modes.

? Assist in avoiding and resolving Customs issues

? Keep up-to-date on latest import/export issues/trends/laws.

? Apply technology to import/export process.

? Use Lean measurement tool to improve the current I&E process and procedures

? Record keeping, such as customs documents and shipping documents, suppliers performance reports, etc

? Offer the service related to customer request;

? Completes shipping orders from local and overseas’ suppliers’, Track on their performance, including their on-time delivery, shipment accuracy and generate a monthly report. Help to improve the business relationship with suppliers;

? Receives, processes and arranges for the distribution of inbound materials;

? Arranges freight services to facilitate shipping and receiving;

? Creates material movement transactions

Qualifications:

? Over 4 years Import/Export experience

? College degree or equivalent experience

? Excellent communication skill and problem solving skill

? Knowledge of application software (Microsoft Office/Lotus Notes)
