Summary:

? Follow up of Customers complaints 跟踪客户投诉
? Maintenance of Quality Management Systems documentation 维护质量管理系统文件
? Management of Corrective and improvement action plan 维护纠正和改善行动计划
? Realization of products and process Audit 熟悉生产和流程的审计
? Local contact for APQP 当地合同APQP
DUTIES:
1. Follow up of Customers quality complaints
跟踪客户质量投诉
2. Communicate with customer and internally
与客户和内部良好沟通
3. Management of Corrective and improvement action plan
维护纠正和改善行动计划
4. Realization of products and process Audit
熟悉产品和过程的审核
5. Follow up of 8D and communication inside deadline answer to customers,and assure 8D report match the 8D principle.
跟进8D并确保在内部沟通在期限内答复给客户,并确保8D 报告符合8D 要求原则
6. Follow up of Quality indicators: PPM, complaints
跟踪质量指标:PPM 投诉
7. Implementation or modification of Internal Quality documentation in case of evolution of procedure, working instruction, manual etc…
基于流程改进,工作指导,手册等执行和修改内部质量文件
8. Manage all internal improvement plans to fulfil customer satisfaction
管理所有内部改善计划达到客户满意
9. Realization of products and process audit in order to evaluate process conformity
实现产品和流程的审核以确保评估零部件的一致性
10. Local Support to Central organisation for APQP during project development
在项目开发期间支持本地的APQP
11. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
其他主管交办事宜
Part 2. Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
University education, mechanical or technical.
More than 5-year experience in quality function or project management, especially in mass production (automotive industry or others).
A strong coordination and communication skills internal and external, ability to deal with quality issues adhere to the principle of strong sense of responsibility.
Knowledge of mass production (superior technical studies or experience)

Customer relationship knowledge 客户关系知识
Experience in automotive or subcontractor industry expected 汽车或承包商工业经验
Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 or ISO 9001 熟悉ISO TS16949 熟悉或 ISO9001
Techniques of problems solving 8D /SPC/ Six sigma / fishbone diagram /5 why 能用8D /SPC/ Six sigma / fishbone diagram /5 why解决问题的技巧
Using of computer (pack office) 使用电脑
Fluent English speaking (write / reading and understanding) 熟练地英语听说读写
