职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plant :
- Responsible for the collection and preservation of all kinds of production register
- Responsible for daily office supplies and IT components purchasing for the plant
- workshop consumable, PPE, working clothes, tools , low value machine components purchasing .
- Locker Room keys management
- New employee Q-Plant and attendance card setting
- Workshop all relevant daily register and documents printing (control plan, overtime sheet, change over sheet , etc. )
- The collection of workshop monthly overtime sheets
- Department reimbursement application
- The reception of headquarters technical colleagues and related things arranged, if necessary will as a translator in workshop.
HR:
- Check the daily attendance and manage the vacation of all the employees
- Update the weekly report of absence
- Sent monthly report with overtime and absence to HR manager
- Order the meals according to the amount of staff everyday
- Handle the apartment rental charge per quarter and Pay for water and electricity ,gas charge (including check the invoices and make the all documents),
- Handle the apartment maintenance problem (including contact the agent or landlord, properly solve the problems)
- Arrange the trip schedules ,the hotel reservations and pick up for HQ staffs, including support their demand during their trip time( buy train tickets for them and so on)

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- College above
- Above 2 years clerk experience and have SAP handle experience

SKILLS
- Aggressive, attentive and good accountability
- English ability
