2. 持有教师资格证；
3. 有5年以上小学数学执教经验，至少教过一遍一年级至五年级的教材，有双语学校工作经验者优先考虑；
4. 有一定的英语基础；
5. 爱岗敬业，有责任心，具有高度的团队合作精神；
6. 热爱教师工作，了解小学生的生活及学习特点，愿意与学生进行良好的沟通交流；

?    British Key Stage 3 Curriculum --- Grade 6 to Grade 8

This gives us the chance to provide you with teachers who have experience in all the Key Stages of Secondary education and furthermore helps us recruit high quality Secondary Subject Specialists who inevitably want access to teach the IGCSE and IB examination classes as well as KS3. We also believe it is an advantage for our younger pupils to see the demands on and opportunities of older pupils and have them available as role models. With Backwards curricula design strategy, students will be well prepared to progress from KS3, IGCSE to IBDP.
