职位描述：
Position: Import &Export Specialist Assistant

Related to: Logistic, Supply Chain Approved by:

1. Superior position: Import &Export Specialist
2. Job description:
1) Be familiar with Customs and CIQ Regulations & Laws
2) Arrange import and export shipments, including sea/air/train/international express, contact with shippers/consignees/forwarders and customs brokers
3) Prepare doc for export and import customs clearance, including invoice/packing list/customs declaration element/HS code defining and etc.
4) Key in the export and import goods list in the export and import list
5) Follow up import / export status and inform relevant persons.
6) Cooperate with warehouse to keep the export and import goods can be well uploading and downloading
7) Check the forwarders and customs broker's bill list and apply for payments after receiving the invoices once a month
8) File the Duty and VAT Bill and send list to Finance every two weeks
9) Other issues concerning Customs & CIQ, and other tasks requested by direct supervisor



3. Requirements:
1) University degree. Related Logistics or major International trade background.
2) At least 2 years working experience related Logistics or Export & Import.
3) Good English communication skill both in written & oral
4) Have a good command of Office system
