Part 1. Describe the Position

Summary:

1) Responsible for the electrical maintenance management in Friction plant.
2) To leader electrical team work with other maintenance team to maintain and manage production equipment through normal troubleshooting, preventive maintenance.
3) Closely work with facility, ESH and all other team members to establish standards, policies, manuals and practices relating to equipment maintenance, quality, costing reduction, safety, ergonomics, etc
4) To supervise various disciplines of preventive maintenance, emergency repair processes and spare parts inventory process
5) Study and work with engineering team to renovate and upgrade production machines
6) Participate and engage in improvement on layout optimize, TPM and facility.
7) Compliance with the standards of the quality of processes, when anomalies from the standard quality to ensure the necessary steps to the remedy.
8) Performance of the work in accordance with the regulations for safety and hygiene of work, protection of the environment;
9) To manage program engineer and electrician team and provide training and guidance when needed;
10) The timely performance of tasks under the orders of up leaders.
11) All other maintenance relevant duties.

Part 2. Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

? University or above with mechanical, automation or electrical relevant major;
? Above 8 to 10 years working experience in maintenance position;
? Above 3 years supervisor in maintenance position
? Abundant knowledge about Siemens PLC and Fanuc robot
? Excellent organizational skills as well people and performance management;
? Practical experience in TPM implementation;
? The ability to set priorities and discipline in daily work;
? Understanding and implementation standard work;
? Experience on spare parts management;
? Lean concept;
? Good English communication skills;
? Be able to work under pressure;
? Br able to work overtime when need
