PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1. College graduated or above
大专或以上学历
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry or mechanical industry
5年以上汽车或机械行业工作经历
3. Work pro-actively and have good pressure resistance
工作积极主动、有较好抗压能力
4. Well-known of automotive quality system such as ISO/TS16949, VDA 6.3
熟悉汽车行业质量体系知识，如ISO/TS16949, VDA 6.3
5. Familiar with PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA
熟悉PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA五大工具
6. Good experience of using statistical tools, knowledge of Minitab is preferred
擅长统计工具，了解Minitab将被推荐
7. Knowledge of fastening products and related process, such as cold forging, heat treatment, surface treatment，.etc
了解紧固件产品及相关工艺, 如冷镦，热处理，表面处理等
8. Fluent oral and written English.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Quality management of suppliers & sub-contractor / 供应商和外包商的质量管理
1) Responsible for supplier audit (with VDA6.3 requirement) according to annual audit plan and follow up corrective actions
负责根据年度审核计划进行供应商审核(按照VDA6.3)，并跟踪改进措施
2) Responsible for pushing suppliers to improve continually with 8D methods according to quality problems found in incoming inspection and in production
负责推动供应商对进料检验和生产中发现的问题按8D方法进行持续改进
3) Responsible for setting up annual quality target and evaluating monthly.
负责年度供应商质量目标的制定并按月进行评估
4) Support Purchasing department for new supplier development and evaluation. Coordinate with purchasing department to complete all documents preparation which related to supplier management requirement
支持采购部门进行新的供应商开发和评估. 与采购部门合作完成所有与供应商管理的文件的准备
5) Responsible for approval or rejection of PPAP supplier submission.
负责供应商提交PPAP的批准或拒收
2. Quality management of process / 生产过程的质量控制
1) Make sure the finished good conform with customer and company technical standard
保证最终产品和客户与公司技术标准一致
2) Establish and maintain the quality plan, control plan and inspection instructions
编制质量计划，控制计划和检验指导书
3) Responsible for the judgment and treatment of non-conformities
负责不合格品的判定及后续处理
4) Coordinate with production department to solve quality problem and improve product quality continuously / 和生产部门合作，解决质量问题，持续提高产品质量
5) Coach and lead line inspectors and evaluate inspectors’ performance
领导及培训检验员，评估检验员绩效
6) Follow up the corrective and preventive actions, validate and solidify these actions
跟踪纠正预防措施，验证并固化措施
7) Work out and validate suitable measurement tools for production
设计并验证生产用测量工具
8) Work out PPAP documents and quality related documents during the APQP phase
在APQP阶段制作PPAP文件及质量相关文件
9) Support to do internal quality system audit and process audit
支持进行内部体系审核和过程审核
3. Quality management of customer.
客户的质量管理
1) Responsible for customer survey and PPAP documents preparation according to customer requirement
负责根据客户需求进行客户调查表和PPAP文件的准备
2) Responsible for collection and disposal of customer quality complaints, and coordinate with production and technical department to take corrective and improvement actions with 8D method
负责客户质量投诉的收集和处置，与生产和技术部门合作运用8D的方法采取纠正和改进措施
3) Responsible for collection of customer requirement, include technical specification, quality and process control requirement
负责客户要求的收集, 包括技术规范，质量及过程控制的要求
4) Responsible for preparation of customer audit, and coordinate with related department to take actions to close findings in the audit
负责客户审核的准备, 并和相关部门一起采取措施关闭审核中发现的问题
5) Responsible for data collection and analysis of customer complain monthly
负责客户投诉的月度数据收集和分析
