? To be purchased raw and ancillary materials;

? Domestic and foreign supplier markets;

? Purchasing / buying procedures, guidelines and administrative order processing / handling;

? Currency ratios;

? Quality, health and environment regulations;

? English and Chinese.

Practical skills:

Required of/for

? Requesting data for drafting quotations using a PC keyboard
Is responsible for:

? Availability of the right material at the right time for the right price;

? Optimal list of preferred suppliers;

? Preparation of contraction suppliers against favourable conditions;

? Timely claims and/or feedback towards suppliers in case of deviations;

? Prepare payment applications.

Communication

Is required with:


? Calculation department concerning providing supplier price lists;

? Applicants concerning quality standards and technical specifications;

? Suppliers with regards to preparing, completing and following up orders;

? AWL NL organization about processes and/or projects and/o standards;



Expressional skills in foreign languages

The English are required with/when:

? Drawing up quotations;

? Making orders;
