职位描述：
Education:
College’s or University degree in Engineering with Mechanical or electrical background
Fluent in oral and written English at least passed CET-4

Work Experience:
At least 5 years on PQE Multi National Company or foreign company;
Have experience on leading small team of 10 persons.

Knowledge and capabilities:
Familiar quality management system ISO9001,14001; ISO13485 and TS16949 is preferred
Abundant quality control knowledge; be familiar on QC 5 tools and 7 method.
Good experience on process control and process improvement; Be skilled on QCP, FMEA
Experienced in problem investigating and solving ; Be skilled on CAPA, PDCA
Strong Negotiator with Leadership skills
Good experience on customer complain handling; Be skilled on tools 8D, SCAR, 5 why
Good Team Work spirit and good communication ability;
High degree of personal integrity and confidence;

Job Responsibility:
Responsible for;
Internal process quality control leading PQC and OQC is about 5-10 persons.
Prepare and update QCP, Inspection WI, identify and control the critical point in process.
Provide corresponding training to PQC&OQC.
Analysis and solve quality problem detected in process and in customer side until to close in CAPA.
Verify and trace the ECN implementation.
Monitor production line is keeping good 5S regulations.
Handle all quality complains from customer.
Join in some actions for new project, such as drawing review, quality communications, prepare the PPAP package submitting to customer.
Call up quality meetings when abnormal quality occurring.
Monthly report on quality.
Other works designated by quality manager.
