职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
主要工作职责
1. 100% involved in substation management and operating in shifts
100%参与变电所的轮班管理和操作
2. Implement monthly, quarterly, annual regular maintenance and preventive maintenance of facility equipment like compressor, air conditioner, power supply system and fire-fighting system
工厂设施设备如空压机/空调/供电系统/消防系统的月度、季度和年度的预防性维护的实施
3. Ensure the smooth supply of water, power, gas etc. to the production
从设施方面保证生产的有序进行，如水/电/燃气/燃油/机油等等
4. Participate TPM and provide the support to the team
参与TPM活动以及对部门内部工作提供相关技术支持
5. Provide the support to the Continuous Improvement programs
支持持续改进流程以及改进项目
6. Implement the urgent repair of the facility equipment
工厂设施设备紧急故障的抢修

Education and experience requirements:
工作要求
1. Technical school diploma in Electronics, Electrical or equivalent
中专及以上学历，电气及相关专业
2. Minimum 5 years of related experience
相关工作经验5年以上
3. Have Electrician License, High Voltage Access Permit & High Voltage Operating Permit issued by government
具备相关资格证书，如维修电工证，高压入网证，高压操作证等
4. Understand and command the management and operating process for the substation
熟悉并掌握变电所的管理和操作流程
5. Be familiar with facility equipment’s repair and maintenance
熟悉并掌握设施设备的维修和保养
Understand Fire Fighting System, Air Conditioner System and power supply in plant
熟悉消防系统，空调系统和工厂供电
7. Basic English and computer skill
具备基本的英语和电脑基础
8. Can operate the PC software like Office, AutoCAD
熟悉常用软件，如Office，AutoCAD
9. Understand and have TPM experience
理解并有过TPM的经验
10. Strong team work spirit
