职位描述：
Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and support all lean activities
- Take lean initiatives, work on building continuous improvement culture and make lean regular
- Sustain lean benefits by providing training, checking progresses and auditing results
- Developing and updating of Lean training package and curriculum and deploying training program
- Lead or co-lead functional/cross-functional lean projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Science related or Engineering series
- At least 3 years experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering or process engineering areas in multinational company
- Experience of project management
- Good communication, collaboration and influence skill
- Be familiar with in Lean, Six Sigma or other quality improvement system
- Good Data Statistic and Analysis ability
- Willing to challenge conventional thinking
