职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible for execution and improve material flow plans for all material from Dock to POU. This position plays a KBU role of SAP WM model to drive process excellence and also maintain warehouse error proofing system.

JOB RELATED STATISTICS:
% Facility Parts / Components in PFEP Database – performing 100% to annual corporate target
% Facility Parts on Pull - performing to 100% of annual corporate target for qualified parts

JOB DUTIES:
This position execute and improve material flow plans for all material coming into a facility for production. The incumbent must be able to work among production or warehouse employees with little to no disruption to their workload, and lead others to execute plan in the plant.

This position lead RIW projects with multiple team within the organization to achieve results in PQVC, which mainly focusing on warehouse efficiency improvement to reduce HPU, enhance POU process, Quality Defect reduction from Dock to POU and other projects required.

This position responsible for documents Supply Chain Planning Processes and makes it available to execute Part Planning at the facility. This position need to monitor process compliance, constrains and leading efforts to improve process to achieve SC targets.

This position plays a key role to plan future needs for warehouse daily operation, which include warehouse equipment (Forklift, rack, trolley) needs, and warehouse head count needs; Drive cost reduction activity to reduce internal logistics.

This position plays a KBU role of SAP WM model to drive system improvement. This position plays a key role to maintain warehouse error proofing system.

POSITION IMPACTS: Incumbent supports the achievement of corporate supply chain performance targets, including improvements in Order-to-Delivery metrics, Supply Chain Planning / PFEP, % material on pull

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Knowledge of standard supply chain systems and SAP WM mode is required.
? Knowledge of VBA is highly desired.
? Must possess strong collaborative, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work across functions to perform work deploying supply chain improvements.
? Requires problem-solving skills to solve common problems.
? Must be a strong team player in order to be effective in deploying supply chain improvements as part of a team.
? Must possess understanding of manufacturing and operations standard processes and basic product knowledge.
? Ability to analyze business conditions and situations during deployment needed to minimize disruption to daily requirements.
? College or university degree related to Supply Chain, or equivalent experience, is required.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
? Minimum of five years of progressively responsible supply chain job experience required
? Experience with the CPS RIW and Value Stream Transformation process highly desired
? A background in Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Operations, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning, Demand Management and/or Logistics, is desired.
