Responsibilities:
Architecture of HUS team
Responsible for internal cross team requirements analyze and road map of product
Responsible for external cross team negotiation
Critical bug solving of cross team
Primary skill requirement:
Regular bachelor degree or above in computer science related field
Good at design pattern
8+ years experience on at least 3 kinds of technology under Windows platform is highly required: C++, C#, Dot Net, Silverlight, HTML 5.0
Good knowledge on at least 2 kinds of technology is required: multithread, WCF, WPF
Socket programming experience under windows platform is required
The skill of Object oriented design and generic programming is required
Good social, interpersonal communication skill
Extremely good at communication is required
Additional requirements:
Good listen/oral English is plus
Experience on Surveillance product especially video, intrusion, access product is plus
Understanding protocol of RTP/RTSP/RTCP is plus
Good knowledge of Cloud is plus
Good knowledge of H.264/MPEG-4/MJPEG is plus
