职位描述：
Lab Analyst Responsibilities:
1.Reporting directly to the QA Manager, responsible for performing various analyses accurately according to defined methodology in order to qualify material. Examples of general test methods include, but not limited to 1) Physical Properties Testing: Color, Appearance, Clarity, Tapped Density, Aspect Ratio, Melting Point, Viscosity; 2) General Chemical Properties Testing: Moisture, PH, Acid Value, Titrations, Assays
2.Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
3.Compile and interpret results of tests and analyses.
4.Set up and conduct chemical experiments, tests, and analyses, using good science & GMP techniques within set timelines.
5.Generate Certificates of analysis and / or product labels using the defined software systems under GMP procedures.
6.Provide and maintain a safe work environment by complying with all safe practices and procedures.
7.Prepare chemical solutions for products or processes, following standardized formulas, or create experimental formulas.
8.Maintain, clean, and calibrate laboratory instruments or equipment.
9.Maintain the laboratory products or processes, following standardized formulas, or create experimental formulas.
10.Perform routine maintenance or troubleshooting on laboratory equipment when required.
11.Document all testing data properly and neatly according to Good Documentation Practices. Prepare testing logbooks and proper data forms under controlled process.
12.Perform Out-of-Specification or Out-of-Calibration procedure when a product or equipment does not meet specification.
13.Adhere to all quality procedures, processes as defined by customer, PCCN and regulatory compliance.
14.Executes sample or data requests from internal or external customers to meet business needs.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned by Management.

Qualification & Experience:
1.College or above in chemistry or related field
2.Recommended experience includes two or more years experience in an analytical, physical testing, and/or general chemistry laboratory.
3.Maintain a safe, legal and environmentally protective operation

8.Maintain positive “Can Do” attitude
9.Can Read & Write In English
