职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Analyze end user RFQ and search/select/negotiate with suppliers
2. Place Purchasing Orders to suppliers to ensure on-time shipment to meet end user requirements.
3. Collect supplier invoices and related documents and submit to Finance for supplier payment
4. Work together with import team to collect shipping documents from supplier and support custom clearance issue
5. Handle supplier quality issue
6. JDE purchasing data maintenance
7. Monitor and improve supplier performance according to supplier performance matrix
8. Lead contract and price negotiations for Biologics business.
9. Other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree
2. Minimum 4 years purchasing experience, preferred in Biology related industry.
3. Good team player with excellent communication and negotiation skill.
4. Fluent English and good Microsoft Office skill
