职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1. Visibly supports and promotes WuXi Biologics workplace safety, IP protection and company culture of Positive Energy.
2. Provides technical expertise in support of Wuxi GMP manufacturing and QC analytic service that runs on single computer or networked computer system, and supports comprehensive data acquisition, data processing and data management system.
3. Supports computer system life cycle management in accordance with GMP data integrity requirement and established site SOPs.
4. Takes parts in data integrity task force, and supports CSV validation from plan to detailed test scripts, supports internal and external audit.
5. Acts as Windows system expert, providing technical support in access control, security management, account management and audit trail management.
6. Provides technical support in data backup, archive, system upgrade and data migration.
7. Assists in installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, displays and software applications.
8. Assists in information (application) systems design, development, information technology architecture, IT planning, and statistical analysis support with ultimate goal of achieving information pyramid from data to knowledge to wisdom.
9. Troubleshoots problems, documents and recommends the solution to that problem.
10. Interfaces with corporate IT to coordinate site project, manage and report progress; follows and implements corporate global polices.
11. Trains system administrators, end users for daily operation and grows internal technique support team.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in service IT with roles in development, planning and management.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience with pharmaceutical information system & technology. Familiar with LIMS, Empower, Scientific data management system (ECM or Nugenesis), DCS system, or other lab data acquisition system.
3. A broad range of experience across the general areas; IT infrastructure and installation, and IT operations and maintenance.
4. Must have strong customer service, coordination and interpersonal skills.
5. Track records of leading IT integration, system deployment, work flow improvement, customized solution project in support of chemical /pharmaceutical/biologics data efficiency and compliance
6. General knowledge of regulatory requirements on computerized system and ERES, such as 21 CFR part 11. 举报 分享
