职责描述：
？ Lead a small groups of scientists to develop and validate reagent cell lines for immunoassays and functional assays in support of biotech product portfolio
？ Lead integrated projects from cell line development to cell banking
？ To ensure compliance to regulatory requirement, including instrument maintenance, personnel training, document drafting, review and archiving.
？ Technical transfer, training and trouble-shooting of reagent cell line culture, expansion and cell-based assays to collaborating BBC labs
？ Has thorough understanding of cell biology, immunology, protein engineering and cell-based assays.
？ Has solid hands-on skills in molecular biology, stable cell line development
？ Other responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion

？ 专业：Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Protein Chemistry, or related field
？ 学历：Ph.D.
？ 语言能力：English

必要技能：
？ Extensive experience in stable cell line development and cell culture
？ Broad expertise and familiarity with transfection platforms
？ Proficient in flow cytometry and bioassays
？ Ability to independently design and perform experiment, execute project coordination and data analysis
？ Demonstrated project lead experience in an academic or industrial research setting
？ Good communication skills required, including writing and presentation
？ Strong team-working spirit, excellent communication and personal skills
？ Proven experience with mentoring and training junior scientists

择优技能：
？ Genetic engineering of reporter cell lines and/or primary cells
？ Experience with gene editing technologies (si/shRNA, CRISPR/Cas9, retroviral delivery, etc.)
？ Assay development and validation experience
？ Multi-parameter FACS analysis and FACS sorting
？ Understanding basic biostatistics
