职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and complete the sample/material shipping documentations
2. Support PM team member to submit travel funding reimburse.
3. Prepare and update the PM internal documentation tracking list.
4. Support Admin related tasks.
5. Support client visit preparation activities.
6. Support PM team to track down information.

Qualification:
1. Good Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to team working
2. High motivation and flexibility.
Able to work in a multicultural environment
3. Team spirit
4. Good English listening, and reading ability is a MUST; with good speaking and writing ability are prefer
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
6. Can work with the group and independently complete the task as well.
7. Understand the importance of confidence of work related information.
8. Treating colleagues with respects and manner.
9. Able to handle high speed working environment
10. Sense of responsibility.
