Responsibilities include creating, modifying, executing, and validating finite element models for automotive components and assemblies. The FEA engineer will determine all governing or embedded assumptions for the model in including geometry, properties, element selection, mesh density, boundary conditions, and whether to approach the FEM solution on a linear or non-linear basis. The position will also be responsible for model maintenance, database maintenance, and documentation.
负责汽车零部件有限元模型的建立，调整更新，实施，确认。FEW工程师需要定义所有接触或者嵌入式的数模的尺寸、属性、要素选择、网格密度、边界条件，以及是否具备开始FEM分析的条件（线性以及非线性基础）。该职位同时也要求数据调整，数据维护以及文档管理。

Responsibilities:

Perform structural analysis and provide design guidance for various components and subsystems
为各种汽车零部件执行结构分析以及提供设计指导
Support development of unique test fixture for validation testing
验证测试时支持设计特殊的测试工装
Support DVT test planning, test activities, and post test documentation
支持开发验证测试的计划、实施以及相关测试结果归档
Prepare, document, and present supporting analyses to customer organizations
准备文件并协助分析结果以便展示给客户。
Prepare, document, and present analyses/test results at design reviews, technical review, as required
如设计交流会议、技术交流会需要，要准备相关测试、分析的文件给客户展示。
Requirements:
要求
Bachelor in engineering or equivalent
学士学位
Master or Ph.D. in engineering or equivalent is considered a plus
工程学硕士或博士优先考虑
Familiar with CAD software, SolidWorks preferred
熟悉CAD软件（Solidworks优先考虑）
Experience in FEA software is a plus
